"It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change."

"I meant what I said, and I said what I meant. An elephant's faithful, one hundred percent." Dr. Seuss
We need more elephants in this world Why are our words often so empty? We ask people how their day is going but we could really care less about what is going on in their lives. Think about that next time you ask the bus driver how their day is and just walk back to your seat and plug into your iphone. Your words would mean so much more if you actually stayed true to your heart. Be faithful to others and they will trust every word you say, do not give them a reason to doubt you. Let your words and actions speak the language of your heart. Brian Little

A Rainny Day

The sky is filled with dark gray skies and rain seems to just drip from the sky. Students go to class with rain boots and all their gear; colorful umbrellas fill the academic quad. I began to think and pounder about all the stuff we put on just to keep out the rain and cold wind. How can this apply to us as Christians? God tells and teaches Christians in Ephesians 6:10-18 how to get prepared for battle or daily life out there in the world.

10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

We as Christians prepare our outer bodies to face the rain and cold outside why not prepare our heart, mind, and feet to fight the battle on Earth, here for God. We are called to be set apart and different from this world. Can people see God in you? Are you praying that God will do great things through you? Well I did and I would wait for God to work His magic and nothing would happen. But now I know that you cannot just sit around and wait you have to get active. Activate your Faith to a deeper level with the Lord today! Make a change and grow in your relationship. It is not all about religion it is about a relationship with Christ Jesus. The easy part is becoming saved now we must fight the battle. Christ never said it would be easy. So next time you prepare your outer body for rain, wind or snow, think about preparing your inner body and put on the Whole Armor of God. Grab a Bible instead of an umbrella.

God bless you as you Dive DEEPER in life’s many destinations!

A Brand New Day!

Life is full of choices, some good and others bad. Our lives are shaped both by our wrong and right choices, that is what makes us individuals. Each unique in the life they live, created for a purpose. Steps within life are hard to make, the people you love pass away, you grow up so fast and the seem to be over in and instance. Each step brings us closer to our true identity, and these steps along the way I like to call "Life's Many Destinations," where one develops through struggles and trials to become who they are and whom they will be in the future.
